BikeWalkSolana has been celebrating Bike Month through the month of May, supported by a grant from the City of Solana Beach.
The Walking Scavenger Hunt, one of the event’s activities, has been extended one more weekend through June 2. Walkers follow a route of about two miles along Hwy 101 and the Rail Trail. Along the way, they look for the answers to questions about landmarks that they encounter, entering the information on a cellphone or paper form. Those who complete and return their forms will be eligible to win a raffle prize.
