Axa IM has remodelled its metaverse fund so that it now also invests in artificial intelligence opportunities.
As a consequence, the Axa WF Metaverse fund, launched in 2022, has been renamed to the Axa WF AI & Metaverse fund.
The change of name reflects the expansion of the fund’s investment universe ‘as the AI revolution extends beyond the boundaries of the metaverse’, according to an Axa spokesperson.
